We do not offer refunds.
If you ordered the wrong part, exchanges may be made for the correct item. Please email us before sending anything back to receive return authorization.
Customers are responsible for return shipping, as well as shipping costs for the replacement item once the return is received. A 10% restocking fee may apply to returned items.
All returned items must be in original, unused condition, exactly as they were shipped. Custom-made parts are not eligible for return or exchange.
Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
